Artistic Categories
Artistic categories are open to anyone who wants to participate. They are artificial and imaginative creations meant to resemble facial hair of any category, either literally or abstractly.
All creations must be attached to the head only (skull and/or jaw, not the neck) & hang hands-free. Each should maintain the shape of the facial hair style being represented. The judges are at liberty to deduct points for any creations that are not beard-shaped or otherwise generally not shaped true to style.
The diagrams used here are purely illustrative to show the essential differences between the styles.

Create the most realistic looking moustache you can, inspired by any moustache style. The more lifelike and convincing, the better. The facial hair style should follow the traditional and realistic structure of the moustache style being recreated.
